Welcome to the MW Club

This site provides information about aircraft designed by Mike Whittaker, who has currently designed 8 different light aircraft, and sold 100′s of plan sets around the world. The aircraft have been designed for amateur construction using widely available materials, to be safe to fly and simple to construct.

The MW club comprises of builders, pilots and individuals with interests in the MW series of aircraft and aviation in general. We have connections with the Light Aircraft Association and the British Microlight Aircraft Association and provide occasional newsletters and help to those building and flying MW aircraft. The club also organises ‘Get togethers’ usually with a BBQ for MW members within the UK and also works with the LAA in getting modifications approved.
